“Shoutout to Jason who went above and beyond to help us out! We reserved a room for our daughter and had some trouble with the booking. Jason worked hard to make sure everything was settled before she arrived after a very long day. Our daughter also told us that the room and breakfast were great. I find that employees often only do the minimum so that is why our interactions with Jason impressed us so much. Thank you Best Western North Roanoke!”
